Secure Capital Deployment
The acquiring entity routes funds into a legally compliant, third-party holding account (Escrow.com, Atom.com, Spaceship.com, or UnstoppableDomains.com). Funds are completely insulated and verified by licensed agents.

Asset Push & Transfer
Once capital is secured, SapphireDomains initiates the domain transfer. For Instant Transfer assets, the domain is pushed directly to the Purchaser’s registrar account automatically.

Ownership Verification
The Purchaser independently confirms full WHOIS ownership and DNS control of the digital asset. Only at this moment is the transaction considered technically complete.

Capital Disbursement
The escrow agent clears the holding account and releases funds. If the asset transfer fails for any reason, 100% of the Purchaser’s capital is refunded immediately.
